STORAGE COOLERS; This is a products line called FRIGO designed and manufactured by our firm to entertain various storage capacities. Of the smallest capacity is the FRIGOBABY, which has been designed for vans and for other trucks with small storage capacities. It can be used for storage of 0 - 15 cubic meters. The FRIGOBOY is designed for storage up to 30 cubic meters. The FRIGO STAR is a product for the cooling of large dimension storage facilities up to 45 cubic meters.

While our normal refrigerators cool in the range of 0 - (+) 15 Celsius degree, and our deep-freezers cool as low as minus 20 Celsius degree, our air-conditioners work in the temperature range between minus 18 to plus 10 Celsius degree. The compressor of the refrigerator gets the drive from the vehicle’s motor through a V - shaped best, but a combination with electric drive is also possible. The switching on and off of the drive at the appropriate time is through a magnetic clutch. Our deep-freezers are filled with environment friendly coolants (R 134/a, R 404/a). The fixing of the compressor close to the main motor is with a support. The coolant is connected to the compressor with elastic pipes, which are protected from mechanical injuries with special protective tubes.

The microprocessors are air regulated. It is possible to regulate the defrosting cycle, the time and frequency of defrosting, to set the difference between switching on and off, and the dripping time, etc. One can always check and set the temperature on the indicator. All our cooling devices can be installed together with an additional electric motor. The advantage of this solution is that the storage cooler can work with an electric-net connection if the vehicle is not mobile. The necessary adjustments and installations on vehicles are made in our workshop.

Our equipment is split-structured and the vaporisator is located in the isolated space that needs to be cooled. While the aggregate is affixed to the front wall or is on the top of the car-body, the main motor driven compressor is located in the motor-space. The structural elements are connected by pipes. Our diesel-electric cooler is also a split variant, where the interior unit (vaporizator) is likewise located in the isolated space. The aggregate can be placed also on the front wall or under the car-body. When activated the indicator of the thermo-regulator displays the data related to the temperature of the storage and the work of the compressor continuously. In the case of cooling-heating devices another button is available for the choice of the cooling or heating working mode respectively.

The placing of the exterior unit: in case of vans it is placed onto the car-body, however, in case of certain vehicle types it is possible to place it under the car-body. The interior unit is usually affixed to the ceiling of the cooled storage space in order to provide as much as possible storage capacity. The electric systems work with 12V or 24V direct current. The electric board is placed into the exterior unit (relays, fuses, other parts) whereas the control panel is located in the driver’s cabin. The main 30A fuse, which protects the whole system, is located directly near the accumulator (battery).

COOLANTS OF LIQUIDS. Our firm produces coolants of liquids used in plastic-processing, non-ferrous metal metallurgy, vine production, sweets industry and other fields. The difference between the variants for the machine and food industry is in the recuperator (heat-exchanger). The coolants of liquids for machine industry are produced with steel tanks (rectangle shaped, closed steel tanks with lamellar copper recuperator). The coolants of liquids for food industry are made of acid resistant material. Those with smaller capacity (up to 10KW) are made with hermetic aggregates, while the bigger ones (above 10 KW) with semi-hermetic aggregates. Our machine do not require any special maintenance. Each coolant is equipped with a digital thermoregulator. Machine industry coolants are produced in various shapes and sized depending on their capacity.

TEMPERING DEVICE. Our tempering devices are produced in one or more circular variants depending on the requests of customers, with capacity of 2 - 20 KW.

The COOLING AND FREEZING CHAMBERS are produced according to the strictest requirements of the food industry. They are individually designed and manufactured all in accordance with the needs and wishes of our customers. As these machines are individually manufactured we cannot give precise price-calculation until the receipt of all concrete technical parameters (the precise dimensions, for what type of cooling is the chamber meant for, from which temperature should the goods be cooled down, what is the desired temperature etc.). We also accept the renewal, repair and maintenance of cooling and freezing chambers.

AUTOMOBILE AIR-CONDITIONERS. We accept orders for the production of air conditioners for buses. Our air conditioners are made for buses of different sizes. The devices are made in two variants: for installation into the ceiling of vehicles and into hat holders.
